Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
We want you to be happy with ScheduleSorter. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for paid subscriptions (Essentials, Pro, and Business).
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for a paid plan. Just email us — no lengthy process. This guarantee applies once, to your initial purchase.
The 30-day window is measured from your first payment for a paid plan only. It does not reset when your subscription renews. For example, if you've been on a monthly plan for four months, a recent renewal charge is not separately refundable under this guarantee — the window closed 30 days after your very first payment. Renewal and later charges are covered by the cancellation terms below rather than the money-back guarantee.
Changing plans does not open a new window either. Upgrading, downgrading, or switching between monthly and annual billing is a change to your existing subscription, not a new first purchase — so the charge for the new plan is not separately covered by this guarantee. For example, if you start on a monthly plan and later switch to an annual one, the 30-day window is still measured from that original first monthly payment. The same applies if you cancel and later resubscribe on the same account: the guarantee is available once per customer.
How to request a refund
- Email support@schedulesorter.com from the address on your account, or use the contact details on our Contact page.
- You can also use the receipt link in the payment confirmation email you received from Paddle.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from the Billing page in your account. When you cancel:
- You keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- You won't be charged again after that.
- Your data is retained so you can reactivate later without losing anything.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it isn't the same as a refund. Outside the 30-day guarantee window, payments already made for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law or your statutory rights.
Who processes your payment
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle appears on your card or bank statement and manages billing, invoices, and refunds on our behalf. Refunds you request from us are issued through Paddle.
